Workshop in Goa part two

"Umas hemlighet" is going to the printers next week! Finally! It's a collaboration between Marie Oskarsson (SWE), Jeeva Raghonauth (India) and me... Kenneth (SWE). The Swedish version is published by Eriksson&Lindgren and is released in Spring 2009. Now we are going to finnish the Indian version, "Uma's Secret". It's published by Tulika and is released... eh, we don't know... but hopefully after the summer!

Janette Bornmarker and Maria Raymondsdotter visits Nacho Tatjer

A couple of weeks ago, we went to see swedish/spanish illustrator Nacho Tatjer in his studio in Hägersten. It was very inspiring to see how and where he works. The whole studio is filled with his illustrations, sculptures and large paintings. He made us filter coffee and played a tune on his home-made electric guitar! You can see more of his work at: www.nachotatjer.com.

The Science Factory packed with Lasse Skarbøvik illustrations

How many meters of DNA does your body contain?
How long can you keep your balance on the skateboard? How heavy is your
brain?
The Science Factory, Vitenfabrikken, opened in 2008 in Norway.
It´s a complex, challenging and rewarding experience.
And the place is packed with great pictures from our Lasse Skarbøvik
Thomas Fröhling goes writer.

This year his debut book hits the swedish bookstores. ”Kung Steves självlysande hip hop bibel.” Steve hangs out most of the time with Henning and they aren´t exactly the coolest guys in class, but what nobody knows is that Steve is really great when it comes to rhymes. He´s going to be the new king of hip hop. ”En bländande debut!” SvD.
